3. Shipping & Delivery

We ship to U.S. addresses only unless otherwise stated.
Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Additional freight or delivery charges may apply, especially for bulk orders or rural destinations. We will contact you before shipping if any additional charges are required.
Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery.

4. All Sales Are Final

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds unless the product is damaged upon arrival or there is an error on our part. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos and order details.

We do our best to describe our honey products accurately. However, colors, texture, and flavor may vary due to the natural, handmade nature of the product. These variations are not considered defects.
